Jottli

I was asked to design the branding and interface for Jottli, a mobile journaling application. I focused on meeting the needs of users seeking a visually appealing and intuitive platform to capture their thoughts, emotions, and memories. We incorporated multimedia functionality, sharing and collaborating with other users, mood tracking, journal prompt suggestions, notification reminders, speech-to-text, and more.

The app changed over time as new features were imagined. User profiles with private and shared journals were added, as well as mood tracking and unique journal prompt suggestions. Reimagining the interface as new features were introduced required a minimal design that could be adjusted to maintain user-accessibility. My goal was to create a space to celebrate and share in these features without complexity.
