Fund Saver

I was tasked with branding and design of a new mobile application that’s intended to replace the client’s traditional paper coupon books. The core concept revolves around users inputting the codes from their coupon books into the app to access digital versions of the coupons. Users can then navigate and filter their coupons by category, location, expiration date, and total savings. The design process started with conceptualizing the identity, color scheme, and typography.

I had to strike a balance when designing the interface - I aimed to make it simple and easy to navigate for even the most non-tech-savvy users, while also ensuring that it would be attractive and fun to use. The app needed to be able to filter and sort coupons easily, save them for later use, and redeem them without any hassle. I created a coupon design that resembles the perforated coupons you'd find in a traditional paper book. This concept is also reflected in the logo. I also included quick categories at the top of the page, as well as quick sorting options. The menu on the bottom allows for further sorting by category, and a map to quickly visualize the location of offers.
