Dolly Parton’s Stampede

I worked with Dolly Parton’s Stampede to design her primary and affiliated websites, a new ticketing and checkout system for her dinner show, internal utility sites for ticketing and customer service, and any ongoing product or site design needs. The focus of this ongoing project has been creating an increasingly user-friendly and engaging experience.

The ticketing system has undergone multiple conceptual, developmental, and iterative changes. Iterative revisions, informed by user surveys and the integration of new functionalities, have resulted in improved versions of the product over time.

I work closely with the development teams to facilitate the transition of products from the design phase to production. Thoroughly understanding the requirements of the client and of the cross-functional teams is crucial to ensure all details are addressed and to achieve a seamless implementation.
